Products
NanoMas currently produces NanoSilver™ and NanoGold™ conductive inks. Under development with its proprietary technology, NanoMas will also provide inorganic nanoparticle and polymer semiconductor inks, as well as electroluminescent inks for printed electronics applications. NanoMas also has the technologies to mass produce high quality carbon nanotubes and carbon nanofibers.

NMTI Proprietary Metal Nanoparticle Inks Technology
- Unique all solution based nanoparticle synthesis technology (patent pending), widely compatible with the low cost production processes in the chemical industry
- Low cost and fully scalable to large scale mass production
- Controlled particles size (2 to 10 nm) with narrow size distribution
- Variety of surface chemistry for different solvent dispersions and applications
- Low resistivity and low process temperature

NanoSilver™ Conductive Inks
NMTI’s proprietary technologies of making nanocrystals with small particle size (<10 nm) and narrow distribution give NMTI’s NanoSilver conductive inks the best possible performance with low processing temperature (less than 150°C), which is largely desired for printing electronic devices on plastics or papers. The silver nano-crystal inks developed by NMTI have resulted in a (printed) resistivity of 2.4x10-8 Ohm-m (1.5x of bulk silver) with 135° to 160ºC annealing.

NanoGold™ Inks
NMTI’s proprietary technologies of making nanocrystals with small particle size (<10 nm) and narrow distribution give NMTI’s NanoGold conductive inks the best possible performance with low processing temperature (less than 200°C), which is largely desired for printing electronic devices on plastics or papers. The gold nano-crystal inks developed by NMTI have resulted in a (printed) resistivity of 1.0 x10-7 Ohm-m (4x of bulk gold) with 190°C annealing.

Specifications of NMTI NanoGold Inks (NTG05)
Particle Size: 2-10 nm
